Face Factory - Rose Quartz Roller

All over IG as the latest go-to tool – the face roller has become every beauty fan’s skin essential, promising to de-puff, firm up and soothe your skin!

We love this one from Face Factory. Made with natural Rose Quartz, it's enriched in various minerals that helps relieve stress and takes serum absorption to the next level. Just pop this roller in the fridge for that extra cooling effect, apply your favourite serum, lie back with your feet up and give your face a good massage!

1 x Rose Quartz Roller.

Product of Korea.

All skin types. Let it roll, baby!

Cleanse your face, then apply your favourite serum onto your skin. Starting with the larger head, work your way from your neck to your forehead. Roll from the clavicle up towards the chin. Keep on rolling out from the chin along the jawline. Always roll in one direction.

Alternatively, you can roll from the nose outwards towards the ears in fluid motions using the larger head, then along the forehead upward and outwards from the middle point between the eyebrows.

Using the smaller head, start under the eyes by rolling horizontally above and below the eye - this will help eliminate the eye’s dark circles and puffiness.

You can also use the smaller head to roll from the nose to the middle point between the eyebrows. Roll while watching Netflix at night - it's all about de-stressing and de-compressing!

Once finished with your routine, clean the roller with gentle wipes and make sure it is thoroughly dry before storing. The tools can be cleaned with a soft, damp, cloth and dried with an absorbent towel. Do not expose the Rose Quartz to harsh chemicals. If roller squeaks, drop a non-comedogenic oil where the quartz meets the metal.

Use with care as the Rose Quartz Roller is delicate by nature. Therefore, remember not to leave the roller in a damp area or steamy bathroom for prolonged periods. Apply only light pressure. Feel free to place the roller in the fridge for a few minutes before use but avoid the freezer.

Stop using the product immediately and consult a dermatologist when redness, swelling, or other skin irritations occur, and consult a physician. Avoid applying the product on open wounds or skin inflammation. Keep away from direct sunlight and out of reach of infants and children.

Yay—let's recycle! Here’s a quick guide for when you've finished using all your products:

1. Make the products 'recycle ready' by rinsing it out and cleaning it. What if the product doesn't work for me? Give it to someone who might like to try it! That way, you will minimise wastage and give the product a second home.

2. Get the DETAILS! Typically, most skin care packaging is recyclable in Australia, but what can and can’t be recycled depends on where you live. A quick Google search will reveal a recycling guideline based on your state / territory.

3. Can I put this in my recycling bin? If you've checked and the answer is 'yes', give these items a second life and put them in the recycling bin. If it's not, look into enterprises like TerraCycle, to help you properly recycle your beauty products. If the product is recycable through TerraCycle, it is FREE and all you have to do is gather your empty products together, print a recycling label and ship it out - that’s it! They’ll take care of the rest for you.

FYI, recycling plants uses numbers ranging from 1 to 7 to help sort all the materials. PETE stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate and PP stands for Polypropylene — these are both plastics. PAP represents paper / mixed paper / cardboard. See Earth Easy to learn more about your plastics.

That's it babes! Remember to love our earth; love our planet! #dontbetrashy
