1. Select the products you want to 'ADD TO CART' and then checkout by clicking on the shopping bag icon on the top right of your screen once you are finished.
2. Once you're in the checkout, double check you have everything then proceed to Billing / Shipping Information.
3. Once you've filled out your details, you can move on to 'Shipping' where you select which type of option you want! Remember, it's free shipping over $50 AUD!
4. Once you've selected your shipping option, proceed to 'Payment' and choose a payment type. Kanvas Beauty accepts PayPal, Afterpay, Visa and MasterCard.
5. Your order is complete after you have made a payment and receive a confirmation e-mail. This is when you can do a happy dance and leave the rest to us! ♡
It depends on where you are! Typically, standard shipping will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Express shipping is 1-2 business days. There may be additional shipping delays during public holidays, sale periods and other uncontrollable events. Always get in touch with us if you are having any issues with your order - we are more than happy to help! ♡
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange it. We have a 100 day return and exchange policy subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Product must be in its original purchase condition: packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. - Product purchased as part of a set or a kit must be returned as a whole set. - Return shipping costs will be covered by Kanvas Beauty provided it has met all the requirements.
NOTE: for any products that have been 'lightly sampled' - you can exchange it for store credit. Please read more on our Shipping & Returns policy here.
We offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days) for all orders over $50 and free express shipping (1-2 business days) for orders over $100. Other than that, the standard shipping charges apply - $6.95 for standard delivery; $14.95 express shipping.
