We only ship to Australia and New Zealand. KANVAS BEAUTY does not ship to any other countries (sorry!).

We offer two different shipping methods within Australia. Please see below for further details:

- Australia Post Standard (5-7 business days) - FREE on orders A$50 or more
- Australia Post Express (1-2 business days) - FREE on orders A$99 or more
We are now shipping to New Zealand (yay!). Please note that not all items are available for sale can be shipped to New Zealand (e.g. aerosols). Free shipping thresholds do sadly do not apply to international orders. We use Australia Post's international service (standard and express) to ship to our Kiwi neighbour. Shipping charges will vary according to the weight of your order, and will be calculated at checkout. See below for our NZ shipping cost guide:

Note, the shipping amount will not include any additional taxes or duties required by New Zealand customs and border officials. KANVAS BEAUTY is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Once orders are shipped, they are not able to be changed, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Please note shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (sales/promos) or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are our of KANVAS BEAUTY’s control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and follow any Victorian Public Holidays.

We ship all orders within 24 hours (weekends and public holidays excluded). We promise to always try our best to get your KANVAS BEAUTY order to you as quickly as possible, however, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery.

NOTE: during peak periods (i.e. sale times or public holidays), 24 hour day dispatch may not be possible.

We offer awesome packaging made out of recycled materials to save trees. Your order will be packed with love and lined with our FSC certified tissue paper that is also eco-friendly.

A U T H O R I T Y  T O  L E A V E  ( A T L ) ?

To minimise the risk of contracting COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier or staff member will ask and record your name, and acknowledge delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. If you have not received your order within 10 working days OR the expected delivery date as stipulated by Australia Post, please contact us here or at hello@kanvasbeauty.com.au and we will be happy to assist.


R E T U R N S  P O L I C Y

We always aim for you to be over-the-moon with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 7 days of postal delivery within Australia only.

• Refund - product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition OR
• Exchanges / Store Credit - if product returned has been opened and lightly sampled. Please note we only allow this in the rare instance of an allergic reaction.
    If you're a New Zealand customer, don't worry - we still offer store credit for defective products and refunds in the rare instance of an allergic reaction. At this stage however, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing! And reach out to us if you need any assistance.

    1. Check that you meet the above 'Return Conditions'.

    2. Find your order number. Your order number can be found on your confirmation e-mail and if you are a Kanvas Kult Member, in the 'My Orders' section of 'My Account'.

    3. Please contact our customer service team at hello@kanvasbeauty.com.au and we'll organise your return label and guide you through the process.

    4. Please package your items securely and attach the return label e-mailed to you.
    5. Lodge your return at any Post OfficePost Box or Parcel Locker.

      O U R  C O N S U M E R  G U A R A N T E E S

      Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our change of mind policy above.

      In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide you with a refund or exchange based on the below:

      • If we consider that the product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. the product is unsafe, does not fit the description or is not fit for purpose), you can return it and receive your choice of a refund or an exchange.

      • If we decide that the product has a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. the product's packaging is cracked but does not affect the safety or use of the product), we will provide you with our choice of a refund or exchange.

      Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and KANVAS BEAUTY may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).

      KANVAS BEAUTY will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.

      F A Q S

      What do you mean by "lightly sampled"?

      "Lightly sampled" means a product may have some signs of minor wear or use, but must not be damaged unless you received the product in this condition. No greater than 20% of the product should have been used.

      I’ve received a product as a gift but it's not quite what I'm after. Can I return it?

      Gifted products can be returned for an exchange or gift card (store credit) within 30 days provided you have a gift receipt as proof of purchase and the product is unused. For products gifted to New Zealand customers, the cost falls on the customer to return the product back to KANVAS BEAUTY for store credit or an exchange. Unfortunately, monetary refunds are not available for gift returns.

      For consumer guarantees issues with gifted products, please see the 'Consumer Guarantees' section above.

      How will I receive my refund?

      All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If you would like to return a product that was purchased using a Kanvas Beauty e-Gift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of another Kanvas Beauty e-Gift Card. A Kanvas Beauty e-Gift Card has no expiry. Costs of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund.

      How long will my return take?

      Due to COVID-19, the need for incoming returns to be quarantined for 48 hours means that refunds are taking a little longer than usual.

      For returns via AusPost, products typically take 2 to 7 business days to reach our warehouse. You will be able to track the delivery of your return via the Australia Post tracking number supplied when you book your return. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 4 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

      Do you offer Afterpay as a payment type?

      Yes, we do! Just select 'Afterpay' as your payment type in the 'payment' section of the ordering process. This will be after you checkout and provide your shipping details. Don't have Afterpay? That's okay: we offer a range of different BNPL options.

      How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?

      In order to return an item purchased with Afterpay, you must check that you meet the above return conditions and if so, make the return via post according to the return instructions above.
