Yay—let's recycle! Here’s a quick guide for when you've finished using all your products:
1. Make the products 'recycle ready' by rinsing it out and cleaning it. What if the product doesn't work for me? Give it to someone who might like to try it! That way, you will minimise wastage and give the product a second home. ♡♡
2. Get the DETAILS! Typically, most skin care packaging is recyclable in Australia, but what can and can’t be recycled depends on where you live. A quick Google search will reveal a recycling guideline based on your state / territory.
3. Can I put this in my recycling bin? If you've checked and the answer is 'yes', give these items a second life and put them in the recycling bin. If it's not, look into enterprises like TerraCycle, to help you properly recycle your beauty products. If the product is recycable through TerraCycle, it is FREE and all you have to do is gather your empty products together, print a recycling label and ship it out - that’s it! They’ll take care of the rest for you.
FYI, recycling plants uses numbers ranging from 1 to 7 to help sort all the materials. PETE stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate and PP stands for Polypropylene — these are both plastics. PAP represents paper / mixed paper / cardboard. See Earth Easy to learn more about your plastics.

The Dr Jart V7 Brightening Mask is essentially a niacinamide and sea buckthorn sheet mask, designed to soothe and gently brighten the skin. It's a great mask for those with skin on the drier and more sensitive side, who struggle with pure vitamin C serums or high-concentration niacinamide serums.

Particularly for skin that's parched and dehydrated, the Dr Jart V7 Brightening Sheet Mask will give your skin an instant glow and help makeup sit better. These sheet masks aren't running on the power of witchcraft, so don't expect to be lighting up dark rooms with your face! But for healthy, hydrated and more even-toned skin, these sheet masks are wonderful.
Is it okay to do a sheet mask everyday?
Generally, it's fine to use a sheet mask every day (if you can find the time, we are jealous). We wouldn't recommend it only because it's an expensive habit and most sheet masks like these from Dr Jart come with so much excess essence, you can pretty much store the package in the fridge and use it like a serum for a couple of days!

If you want. you can keep the Dr Jart V7 Brightening Sheet Masks in your fridge for an additional cooling effect, to help compress small veins and reduce redness.
Can I sleep with Dr Jart V7 Brightening sheet mask on?
You technically can sleep with the Dr Jart V7 Brightening Sheet Masks on, but it's better to wear it more 20 minutes and discard it. At some point during the night, the sheet mask will dry out (or transfer to your pillow) and that's not great for skin! You want to keep that baby comfortable and hydrated all night long.
Can I apply Vitamin C after Dr Jart V7 Brightening sheet mask?
After removing the Dr Jart V7 Brightening Sheet mask and patting in the remaining essence, you can apply your favourite vitamin C serum and finish with your moisturizer. Contrary to popular belief, it is perfectly fine to layer niacinamide and vitamin C. We would only advise against it if your skin is highly sensitive or barrier compromised.
